Privacy notice

1. Data controller

Novaplazo SAPI de CV (Novafin), with registered address at Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 161, Floor 4, Office 4001 B, Col. Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, CP. 11520, Mexico City, is responsible for processing your personal data.

2. Personal data we collect

When you fill in the contact form: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), your business name (optional) and the message you write.

When you browse: if you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 and Amplitude may collect site usage data (page views, device and browser type) and browser identifiers for analytics.

We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site.

3. What we use your data for

Main purposes: to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp to answer your message; to assess and follow up on your interest in offering credit in your business with Novafin; and to keep an internal record of the requests received.

Additional purpose (statistics): to understand how the site is used in order to improve it, using anonymous data.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to operate the site and handle your request, processing data on our behalf: hosting and database infrastructure, third-party email delivery and, with your consent, Google Analytics 4 and Amplitude; if used, contact management (CRM) tools.

Some of these providers may store information on servers outside Mexico. We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes without your consent, except where the law requires it.

5. Your rights (ARCO)

You may access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel it or object to its use, as well as withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data.

To exercise these rights, write to hola@novafin.mx stating your name, a way to reply to you, a clear description of your request and, where relevant, the data you want corrected. We will reply within the legal deadlines.

If you believe your right was not honored, you may contact the competent data protection authority.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Amplitude may use cookies and identifiers to measure site usage; they load only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you click “Reject”, they do not load.

We store your choice (accept or reject) in your browser so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the end of this page, and delete cookies in your browser settings. Google and Amplitude process data under their own policies.

The embedded YouTube video loads in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com); when you play it, YouTube may process data under its own policy.
